Presidential Plaza Beijing Hotel is centrally located in the West Beijing, a stone thrown away from the Financial District. Access to other parts of the city is well connected via the elevated system enabling a 5-minute drive from the hotel to Beijing International Exhibition Center and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Beijing Capital International Airport can be accessed with a driving time of about 40 minutes.
LOCATION

Centrally located in Beijing's Xicheng district, the Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing is close to China's commercial and banking district, government ministries and Hi-Tech zone.
PROPERTY AMENITIES

* Presidential Plaza hotel has a number of restaurants and bars will meet most people's tastes and expectations providing a variety of cuisine. Furthermore, the roof top cafe serves delicious food and beverage in an elegant western garden style setting, and synthetic lawn dotted by four Banyan trees planted in gritted pots.

* After a workout, enjoy the steam bath and sauna or a swim in the 18 metre indoor pool. In addition, billiards, pool and table tennis facilities are available as well as a card, chess and mah-jongg room.

"Beware of leaving cash for postage in the gift shop"
Presidential Plaza Beijing Hotel was a very pleasant experience with one exception. The gift shop stated they were out of postage and if I would leave cash, the stamps would be purchased at the post office and my post cards would be stamped and mailed for me. I had a number of cards and left the saleslady equilavent of approximately $14.00+ US dollars for the postage. While cards mailed from other locations across China arrived at their destinations, not one card left in the hotel gift shop was ever received.

"room service was a bit slow "
Presidential Plaza Beijing Hotel is large and new and reflects the new China. The staff all speak basic English ,some better than others. The rooms are clean and there is complimentary bottled water every day tho all the hotel water is treated.My only small complaint was that room service was a bit slow but as the waiter was charmingly apologetic,I smiled and said -no problem!

Presidential Plaza Beijing Hotel's rooms were extremely comfortable and room service did a fantastic job daily. I only had one complaint during my stay here and that was "Sophia's" restaurant. I found the staff quite unfriendly and unwilling to help.
